The inner peace and stability gained in meditation reduces stress, strengthens personal well-being and improves your relationships with other people. The topics covered in this course lead to a deeper understanding of yourself, your positive qualities and explores universal spiritual concepts.
Times: Sat/Sun 2:00 - 3:00 pm - for 3 consecutive weekends starting first weekend of the month. Six lessons in total.
